A field network supported by central oversight.

ProcurePro’s operating strength comes from the connection between local field relationships and centralized support.

District Managers lead activity in their assigned areas, supported by Purchasing Clerks and field personnel, with quality, logistics, sustainability, finance and headquarters providing structure.

Seven roles. One accountable network.

Each participant has a defined role, from the farm through to headquarters.

    Farmers & farmer groups

    Produce cocoa and engage with approved buying representatives and support programs.

  2. 02

    Purchasing Clerks

    Maintain day-to-day purchasing relationships, document transactions, safeguard funds and records, and coordinate delivery to approved aggregation points.

  3. 03

    District Managers

    Lead district performance, coordinate PCs and staff, monitor targets and funding, manage issues, and report to headquarters.

  4. 04

    Warehouse & quality support

    Maintain stock records, storage discipline, inspection readiness, and quality-related exception reporting.

  5. 05

    Logistics support

    Plan and document loading, evacuation, delivery, and transport exceptions.

  6. 06

    Sustainability leads

    Coordinate field engagement, training, traceability, safeguards, and required sustainability reporting.

  7. 07

    Headquarters

    Sets policies, approves funding and authority limits, monitors performance, consolidates reporting, and manages corporate relationships.

Where we are focused.

ProcurePro’s initial operating footprint covers selected cocoa-producing districts and sourcing areas, extended through partner District Managers in further cocoa-growing districts. The network may expand as facilities, personnel, approvals, financing, and market opportunities develop.
