This structure is intended to preserve local agility without compromising accountability. District Managers and their supporting teams operate within defined authority levels, document transactions and exceptions, and escalate matters that require central approval.
Our responsible sourcing program will develop in phases and will be aligned with applicable Ghanaian requirements and agreed partner standards. We will publish specific certifications, impact figures, or compliance achievements only after they have been independently verified and approved.
